How we work

Engagement rhythm for revenue recognition checks

Finance teams in Taiwan rarely need another slide deck. They need a predictable sequence: what to send, when questions arrive, and when conclusions land relative to close.

Before fieldwork begins

We issue a short engagement letter that names the entities, periods, sample approach, and deliverables. You designate one primary contact who can unlock contracts and explain unusual deals.

Document requests focus on contract listings, revenue by stream, deferred balances, and evidence of transfer for the sample. We avoid open-ended “send everything” dumps that stall your team.

Planner and notes prepared for an engagement kickoff

During the review

  1. Kickoff alignment

We confirm reporting framework references you apply locally, known problem contracts, and any auditor timelines that constrain delivery.

  2. Sample selection

Risk-weighted sampling prefers high-value, modified, or multi-element arrangements over random thin coverage.

  3. Live queries

Questions go to your nominated contact while facts are still fresh—acceptance dates, credit notes, and verbal side letters included.

  4. Findings memo

You receive clear conclusions, suggested journals where needed, and a briefing suitable for controllers and CFOs.

Our office reference point is ChungshanRd.,Sec.3,WujihHsiangHsienTaichung. Fieldwork may run on-site in greater Taichung or as a remote document review for teams elsewhere in Taiwan.

Hybrid schedules are common near lunar new year and year-end close, when travel and shipping cut-off collide.
