We quote after a short scoping conversation. Exact fees depend on entity count, contract volume, bilingual documentation, and how close you are to period end.

What moves a quote up or down
- Number of legal entities and reporting frameworks in scope
- Share of multi-element, milestone, or usage-based arrangements
- Quality and completeness of contract files at kickoff
- Need for on-site presence versus remote document review
- Compressed timelines inside the final two weeks of close
Deposits and billing
Flagship reviews usually begin with a 40% deposit on acceptance of the engagement letter, with the balance due on delivery of the findings memo. Smaller cut-off or query support work may be billed weekly in arrears.
